Clarifying the Storm Covenant's and Covenant's Belief System
So I understand that the Storm still hate the humans and the Covenant want to ally with the humans. And I also understand that the Storm are still in search of Forerunner artifacts. But does the Storm still believe in activating the Halos? Are they exactly like the old Covenant? And does the new Covenant still revere the Forerunners as gods?

From what I gathered the Storm Covenant still hold to the Halos being the key to their Great Journey as taught by the Prophets. It's unlikely any of their members witnessed the events at Installation 05 or 00 and they've dismissed the other Elites (and those still working alongside them) as traitors.
