destiny question
is destiny in the same time line as the halo universe, because if you look at the story line we know so far, then it seems like it is possible.

Halo is the property of Microsoft, Bungie is no longer affiliated with Microsoft and has nothing to do with Halo games. Putting it in the same universe would be making a Halo game. Also Bungie has said, and it was in the leaked Activison contract, that it is a new IP. It's a new intellectual property or a new idea. These are the reasons its is very likely not in the Halo universe.
