Why hasn't anyone gone back to the moon? We have a reason to.

Since the early 70's, absolutely no one has ever gone back to the moon. Only unmanned landings, being a few probes. I'm starting to think they saw something. Something that made them never want to venture there again. But what did they see? Just so you know, Helium 3 is a good reason to go back. [Edited on 01.05.2013 8:06 PM PST]
