Will Destiny have Multiplayer?
I know its kind of soon to ask this question but does anyone know if there will be competitive multiplayer for Destiny? I hear tell the game will be social at its core but by social does bungie mean co-op social or multiplayer social. I for one am not against multiplayer and will probobly enjoy the game regardless but hey, i would enjoy this game a lot if i got to be one of those 4-eyed helgast looking aliens while piloting that spider tank looking thing from the concept art.

It's a console MMO, so anything could happen. If I had to guess, I think Destiny will do well as a launch title of the next-generation consoles, but I wouldn't go further and speculate on its influence on console MMO's.

It's been suggested that the game will resemble an MMO. If that's the case, then competitive (PvP) and cooperative are both likely to be there.

Yes! And I believe it'll be a experience focused on multiplayer.. bet it competitive or coop.

One thing's for sure, social interaction will most likely be a huge part of the game. Curious to see what exactly is in store

Yeah most definitely. Probably a MMO, something of the likes we've never witnessed before.
