Microsoft is ignorant.
Seriously.
Microsoft claims games like Call of Duty, Elder Scrolls:V Skyrim are best played on the Xbox 360, while it's a fact that it's best played on the PC.
(Not saying the X360 Version is terrible)
But, on almost every CoD trailer, and Skyrim trailer there's only the X360/LIVE logo, while it's clearly those games are available on on the PC and PS3.
Discuss how Microsoft is ignorant regarding their advertisements.

Skyrim does run on the 360 better than the PS3, so there is truth to that statement. I don't know about the other games, however. In terms of advertisement, Sony runs exclusive ads for third-party developers. Ever seen the AC3 commercial for the PS3?

I don't think it's the fact that they're ignorant, but mostly because they have an ulterior motive. That is, they want you to buy their consoles.

When laundry detergent A says it's the best one on the market when clearly it couldn't be because laundry detergent B just said in the last commercial that IT was the best one! I mean the nerve of some people trying to sell there product anyway they can, it's not like YOU should look into both detergents, do some research and figure out which one is the best for you...that's WAAAAY too much work.

Thats why I downloaded Steam on my 360.
