Did a little research on Bravo's new job
343 Industries is looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for creating and perfecting online multiplayer experiences. The qualified candidate will be responsible for working with an existing design and sustain team to help maintain and support Halo's existing multiplayer experiences, as well as the future implementation of new experiences. Additional responsibilities include hopper management and synthesizing community feedback and player data to inform gameplay recommendations. As a member of the Sustainment Team, you will get to interface with community members, designers, Franchise Management and test teams, so legendary communication and organizational skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Sustainment Team to maintain multiplayer experiences by recommending optimizations based on community feedback and player data
- Work across several additional teams to ensure quality
- Provide regular formal and informal matchmaking updates to the community across multiple channels
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the community and its varied subsets
- Represent Halo and 343 at community and industry events
Bravo has a Computer Science degree for those who think he's unqualified.

Dat face.
-
I'm digging the anniversary board.
-
Cool, it'll be good to see what he can do.
-
-
I believe he is the new Matchmaking Sustain Team member that they alluded to in a previous update, which means he's either working on Halo 4 playlists or Reach playlists.
-
This kills the matchmaking.

Good. Bravo has a very good knowledge of balance.

My wife went to college with him. Hes a good dude.
-
Wait, people actually think some random kid knows more about a game than the people that made it?

You won't see many changes in settings and certainly no changes in gameplay. Just so you know.
Posted by: WolfmanMaverick Wait, people actually think some random kid knows more about a game than the people that made it?
Id say MLG pros know more about game balance than 343.
Posted by: WolfmanMaverick Wait, people actually think some random kid knows more about a game than the people that made it?
He's not some random kid, and developers don't know everything about playing the game.

You people have just sent my sides into orbit. A bunch of MLG try hards sucking the dick of some supposed pro half the thread hasn't even heard of. Classic.

This is very good news for Halo, especially on the competitive front.
