People are misinformed, illegal immigrants aren't taking your jobs
"Illegal immigrants are taking our jobs!" is a regurgitated falsehood floating around these days. They aren't taking your jobs; they're taking the jobs you don't want and doing them better and cheaper than you could do them.
Do you want to pick strawberries in the heat of the summer? I doubt it.
Do you want to wait outside Home Depot for some cheap day labor? Highly unlikely.
Illegals aren't becoming doctors, lawyers, and politicians.
Illegals aren't becoming teachers, cops, and firemen.
Illegals aren't becoming accountants or working in HR.
They're doing the jobs you don't want, so you can aspire to bigger, better things.
What are your thoughts on illegal immigrants?

Aww man, America has big problems with illegal immigrants to? Australia knows your feel bros. We have thousand of immigrants sailing here on there little tin boats and our government has no idea what there -blam!- doing. They seem to let half of them out on welfare benefits and send the other half to some little island country, thinking that will deter others from sailing out here.

I'd work a field and pick strawberries, but I also want Minimum wage, then again the state dictates that I get paid minimum wage. Why hire me when there are undocumented workers who will work for cents on the hour? So, I have to stick with California's 13% unemployment in one of the counties worst hit by the recession. It's k, I don't want to put dollars into the economy anyway, I am content just sitting here sucking air.

Just watching the show Border Wars and listening to all of the stories that captured immigrants tell is just so sad. There was this one lady that had come all the way from Brazil and spent $3000 to get to the border, only to be caught. She said that now her house would be foreclosed since she was under a tremendous debt and couldn't pay any of it. Would I try to cross if I was in that situation? Heck yeah, but despite it, it is still creating a huge problem for legal Americans because all of these third-class immigrants are flooding our economy, and taking our jobs. Our jobs should be reserved ONLY for Americans, not for other people. Whether it's sad or not, it is still creating a huge problem for us. I blame the governments more than anything for putting their people through this.
