Are you guys seriously this confused? When you download the image it says the date it was created on your computer, the same way it does with every other file. [Edited on 11.27.2012 7:02 PM PST]

Makes sense, since it is concept art. It would make more sense that they have an alpha or an alpha at this point, since game studios generally don't spend all their time drawing. . .

The date showing in Windows Explorer is not what we're talking about.
