For those of us who don't know what the Fallout 3 Numbers Station is, it's a strange easter egg located in the Fallout 3 files.
Read this if you want to find out more
Anyway, the only known variables to activate it were:
1. Killing Three Dog
2. Not completing the Galaxy News Radio Quest
3. Destroying Raven Rock
However, after a few years, I have figured out the final variables.
The final seven variables (in any order) are:
1. Blow up Megaton
2. Kill Fawkes immediately after Raven Rock. This is going to be quite difficult, so bring some very powerful weaponary.
3. You need the Lincoln Repeater. (You don't need to kill any of the people on this list with it)
4. Kill the Chinese Remnants in Mama Dolce's
5. Get through Fort Constantine, and attempt to launch the ICBM. (The actual weapon won't launch, so don't be alarmed if you don't notice any changes to the game world)
6. Kill Harold in the Oasis Quest (fire or destroying his heart works)
7. Kill Alistair Tenpenny. If you complete the Tenpenny Tower Quest, make sure to side with Tenpenny, otherwise the Ghouls will murder the humans after a few days. After that, I found the GNR Numbers Station Radio Signal.
Anyway, if you ever want to find the Numbers Station for yourself, these are the steps you have to follow. Enjoy.

Wait. Your asking US to do it? I thought you would have a result if these are the steps needed to activate whatever it is! How do you even know these are the correct steps to complete this task?

And besides, it's for your enjoyment. If you don't want to, that's fine. Just keep on reading the article I linked.

This might get me back into Fallout. This sounds like some really creepy stuff, especially the Queen one and the "Noise". However, this sounds a bit too creepypasta to be true, but it's worth a try.

>Playing Fallout 3 U wot m8. Play Fallout 2 or at least New Vegas, do yourself a favor and throw your FO3 copy into the toilet.

Just read that thread. Thats cray-cray! Better get the Queen of England to a bomb shelter then in March 2014!
Posted by: l Wersonian l >Playing Fallout 3 U wot m8. Ot:I might try this, as I just recently started a new fallout 3 file.

Fallout 3 is easily the best Fallout. The first two used to be decent, but -- aside from nostalgia or whatever -- can't compare to the third, or New Vegas. And while the latter is a very fun game, Fallout 3 has twice the story. So even while the improved mechanics and world of NV is really nice, I still play more of 3.

Without any proof I will not waste my time doing this and will consider this a massive troll. Either way, thread saved for future reference
Posted by: YodasCurd Without any proof I will not waste my time doing this and will consider this a massive troll. Either way, thread saved for future reference
Yeah, I'm sorry about the lack of evidence. I wasn't sure if was going to work at first, so I didn't record anything. Besides, the only thing I could record the footage with is a really old camera, so the quality would have been -blam!- anyway.

You can't err.. Kill Fawkes.. Can you?

People are still trying to figure out this number station conspiracy thing?
-
Posted by: AlmondJoy99 You can't err.. Kill Fawkes.. Can you?
It was difficult, but I pulled it off. I recommend shooting the Gatling Laser out of his hands, use the Dart gun to make sure he can't run up to you, and then finishing him off with the Alien Blaster [Edited on 11.25.2012 4:25 PM PST]
