The ULA is a new spartan clan in the Halo community. We were an Elite clan but Halo 4 came out, so I am now the leader of a new clan. The government of the clan is a military/monarchy. The clan has 4 Divisions. Army, Rangers, Engineer, Army Police. All of the divisions run on a ranking system of Army and Marine ranks put into one ranking structure. The 4 divisions have different uniforms and the your rank is put in you serves tag and bio.We have a total of 24 ranks in the ULA. The ULA is at war with Voltage and Creed. We play any game type in Halo but we prefer BTB. The ULA needs co-leaders to run divisions in the ULA. We need former military based clan leaders or co-leaders to join and help me run the clan.
