I have to admit, it looks pretty damn fun. I'm considering getting down the road. But before I do, what do other gamers have to say about this unique Nintendo console?
-
Not enough. I want a full HD Oot and MM remake!
-
It's fun IMO Most people here hate it just because it's Nintendo
-
I'm waiting for Super Smash Bros. or a Legend of Zelda before I pick one up.
-
Looks like a damn pathetic excuse for a console.

I am scared to take mine online for the firmware update due to reports of bricking if there are internet/power failures. I only played a bit of Nintendoland but the controller WORKS! It is light. The screen is great. And it is reasonably comfortable to hold. I like the Wii U. I don't like the firmware update and the lack of an Ethernet port. But I like the controller.

I've heard very exciting news on the indie game front for the WiiU. Supposedly Indie Developers will be able to price their own games, set their own release dates, and can patch their games as many times as they want for free (unlike Microsoft who will charge you after the first time if you want to patch).
-
I want Pikmin three, a SSBM styled smash bros and a new fps metroid.
-
Way fun. Pick one up. Most people hate on the console before they've even tried it.

I had fun with the Rayman demo at a GameStop, and I've been eyeing the system for a few months, so I want one. I'm gonna wait a bit, but the future looks promising with Bayonetta 2, The Wonderful 101, and Monster Hunter. Really excited to see how Japanese devs approach the system.

I don't hear much about it, but I am excited for that console.

I decided to give them a second shot with the Wii U (They won me back with the 3DS).

Zelda OOT, Mario Kart 7, and Super Mario 3D Land are great games. Ambassador GBA games are nice, too. Netflix is very convenient when I can take it nearly anywhere and not drain my data plan/battery on my phone. The 3DS is great.
