Black Ops 2 >>>> Halo 4
In terms of everything but maybe campaign...how can trolls still think that cod isn't balanced? It's been very accurate with killcams unlike halo 4 and the hit detection is the best I've ever seen cod on a launch. Also, zombies is pretty cool, but overall it's the multiplayer people care about.
Halo took all the gimmics of shadowrun and cod and put them on steroids. Black Ops 2 actually balanced things and allow you more freedom. The guns feel great, the graphics are great, the sounds great. Halo RIP

Strafing which is my main tactic works better. Also, the maps are great and you don't have to worry about being shot from four different directions every time you move into a new room.
