Guilty Spark not activating the ring in Halo 2?
What was the reason for 343 Guilty Spark not activating the ring in Halo 2. He tries to do it in Halo CE and 3, but helps the Arbiter, Johnson and Keyes stop Tartarus from doing so in Halo 2.
