I would be part of Blue team (has to be said) and have Linda as my sniper partner as I too love to snipe people. Plus there's the fact that I love a red headed woman who can use the sniper rifle like no one else can.
-
>implying that a squad needs two snipers >implying Linda would find you worthy anyways I would like to be part of Black team (kickass suits) or possibly Grey Team. Grey may have outdated technology but they have a lot of freedom.
-
Gray team, I'd rather do things that actually make a big difference rather than killing useless enemy combatants.
Posted by: TheSpiderChief
Posted by: Spartan1995324 >implying that a squad needs two snipers >implying Linda would find you worthy anyways
Whilst having one sniper is good, having two is better. So, yeah. You don't need to be worthy to be a partner of someone.
Not really, having two of a single role on a fireteam limits it's abilities in combat. Now, the squad has to cover two snipers instead of one, and there's not another person carrying around a massive 50kg sniper rifle and a hundred rounds of 12mm sniper magazines. And the books have stated Linda has always worked best alone. On topic, Spartan VI's Majestic Squad, since it appears that the Spartan II and III teams have a 95% mortality rate.

Shadow Squad. Why? I like the name.
-
Screw you and your rules, I pick Kilo-Five.
-
I'd be in Brown Team, because we're useless.
-
Blue team!

Blue Team why? Linda is unmistakable for her remarkable abilities with the sniper rifle. John and Fred have noted on several occasions that she makes sniping seem almost like an "art." While she is sniping, she doesn't require a spotter. She is known even for taking out Banshees with one shot by sniping the pilot through the tiny slit between the canopy and the power portion of the vehicle. She is notably the quietest member of Blue Team, excluding John, and is labeled as a "lone wolf" Spartan. Linda is unshakable and persistent, demonstrating time after time again that her abilities with a sniper rifle are far greater than those of any other Spartan in known combat. She is very pale, with blood-red hair and dark emerald green eyes. She is also a practitioner of Zen. She, like every SPARTAN-II, was trained by Chief Mendez on planet Reach. John once described her as the "strongest" Spartan, as she does not rely on other members of her squad for advocating support on or off the battlefield. -- Halo Nation

Gray or black team, as a highly trained S-III or Shadow squad, as a S-III converted to the S-IV program Gray or black because they have more freedom with rules or execution of missions. Gray team can literally request their own equipment, and go on missions without needing to go through the higher ups to do so, and they can work for years without having to contact the unsc, they just do their job. Black team because of their advanced equipment and use of unconventional warfare And shadow squad just because....shadow...

Also as a reason for all three teams, my armor.

If I had to pick from an actual team, I'd pick Red Team. 'Cause, you know, they're red. Suck it, Blues! Also Fred is a pretty cool dude. But if I didn't have to pick from an actual one. I'd want to be part of my squad, STRENGTH Team, a three man squad. ObviouslyGod666 being the leader, halogod000 being the sniper, and me being the pilot and assassin type dude.
-
Blue Team because Linda is awesome and Linda is my favorite Spartan.
Posted by: a casual banana Screw you and your rules, I pick Kilo-Five.
Aw, yeah. I forgot about Kilo-Five. They are truly badass.
-
Sabre Team, cause of Ash G099 :)
-
I would prefer a Headhunter team. Yeah, they're S3's, and all S3's are cannon fodder. But they're awesome cannon fodder. [Edited on 12.03.2012 7:43 PM PST]

-
Posted by: Atomic Tea Blue Team because Linda is awesome and Linda is my favorite Spartan.
She reminds me, of me.
-
I wouldn't really fit on a team. I'm more Rouge, all about stealth, sneak in, do the thing, get out. my Psycho way of things just don't fit in with the 'team' mentality. I'd be more solo black ops style. (no not CoD black ops either) I'd be the lone spartan out there solid black armor, blacked out visor, doing my missions all on my own.
-
Majestic. (I would look so good all CG-ified and such.)

Much tougher than any marine, as well. But they're thrown en masse at the enemy, and aren't expected to return. That's why I like the headhunters. They don't get the luxury of being part of a wall of Spartans. It's only the team of 2, and they still get it done.

Not sure I'd want to join any specific team. (I.e. Blue/Red/Grey/Black) However I would want to be in the same operational status as Grey/Black team and the Headhunter pairs.

i pick alpha squad from the first mission of halo 3. my rules nao.
