Situation
Every morning when I walk to the bus stop to catch the school bus, I always pass a walled-off patch of ground that I can only describe as a small, overgrown patch. This patch is full of brambles and nettles, with only a small amount of room there to move around. In this small patch (probably only a few metres in area) however, there is about four small horses/ponies, about three chickens and various other animals at times. These animals only seem to have a small amount of space and the horses in particular seem very rough.
I asked my friend (who lives very near it) what he thought.
He replied very quickly that it was "Way too small for the animals" and that whenever anybody does anything, the owners become very aggressive. He said that the owners live a few miles away.
I'm pretty sure I'll get a hold of the RSPCA, but would you, Flood?

The animals probably belong to pikeys/gypos and the RSPCA won't be able to do anything against the owners. With that said, they would probably find them a better home so it's worthwhile ringing.
-
Yeah I would, that's what they're there for.
-
Yeah, I'd drop them a line and let 'em know.
-
I'd contact 'em. We had a dog once--it was retarded--kept running into, and smashing, the sliding-glass door around the back. It sure had a thick skull...the RSPCA wanted money to take it off our hands, so we just dumped him at their front office.
