This community is like a muffin.

I'd say it's more like a porcupine. Prickly and dangerous at first, until you realize that you need only prod it with your foot to expose the sensitive underbelly.

Theirs like my moms muffins. Nasty and grey with blue berries in them. Sometimes yellow/orange-ish mold grows on them. Pretty gross. I don't know why I keep eating them. They're pretty gross.

I'd say its more like a chainsaw. The very notion of such a thing is extremely awesome, but its nowhere near as cool as you thought it would be when you actually use one. Though, that still doesn't make it not-fun. You can have a good time, it just takes more effort than you initially thought it would.
