A Retard from my School got his Drivers License

This really rustled my jimmies. Knowing that when I go to the school lot to park my car, a retarded kid is going to be there and one day floor his car killing everyone.
WHY IS THIS ALLOWED. This is taking things far - The only logical answer for this is people feel bad for the retarded kid. He his cerebral palsy and a bunch of other stuff.
People need to stop feeling bad for retards like this.

Perhaps that legally allows him to operate that chair he is in without being accompanied by a guardian. It is a motorized vehicle of sorts. And think about it, the insurance for a handicapped person would be through the roof. I doubt we'll be seeing him blazing down the interstate any time soon. And be nicer man.
