What is the craziest thing that was banned in elementary school when you were there?
When I was in elementary school Pokemon cards were banned from the bus. Everyone did it anyway.

Naruto books and clothing with sparkles.
-
Moldable erasers. That;s all I remember, way too long ago, and I only remember this because we had this pseudo drug trade thing going on, with smugglers and stuff.
-
Pantsing or as the rulebook refered to it "Flagging".
-
Red Rover, Soccer, Football, Tag... Wait. It would be easier to tell you what didn't get banned. Here is the list:
-
Grounders. Literally the only fun game on a playground.
-
Well I go to a private school so I got some crazy ones lol. No tatoos, no hair that touches your collar, covers your ears, or touches your eyebrows, NO facial hair (besides eyebrows), no shoes with more than 2 colors, only black or brown belts, belts required etc.
-
They banned food from our 7th grade bus because I gave a burrito to my friend and he proceeded to fling it across the bus as chunks of bean and meat splattered down on people, including the bus driver.
-
Holding hands/hugs.
-
Beyblades for safety reasons. And throwing eraser bits. Good times.
-
Those finger-skateboard things (I think they were like.. tec-decks or something), and plastic jewelry.
-
Duct Tape. The principal thought it was a gang sign.
-
I got sent home for a Metallica, Metal up your ass, T-shirt. My parents sent me right back.
-
If we talked to loud at lunch, a red stoplight would buzz and turn re, and we couldn't talk for three minutes.
-
OH and the funniest one ever! Scooping! They actually held a meeting to say that we were not allowed to "lift or 'scoop' another students chest" We were laughing so hard!
-
Nothing too bad, but I got in serious trouble for using a magnifying glass to set a lone leaf on fire in the middle of the cement on the playground.

Weapons, a lot of other stuff was ok. God I sometimes miss the 90's.
-
Silly String and those Sketchers with wheels on the bottom.

The only thing I can remember the teachers ever took from us was a soccer ball in 5th grade. Soccer during breaks was allowed but we had probably been up to some -blam!- or broken a window or something. That's when we rolled out "Operation get the ball back" by tricking every chick in the class to go to the teachers lounge and ask for the ball back. We were clever enough to send them one at a time so that the teachers constantly would get interrupted in their breaks. It did not end well.

at my school during lunch, you weren't allowed anything considered to be candy or soda, and you weren't allowed to do anything but whisper. if the sound level got above whisper level, a teacher would hold up his hand until it got silent, and each minute it took came out of our recess. Those god damn kindergartener's cost me SOOOO much recess time.
-
Making your hand shaped like a gun.
-
I came in here expecting nobody to say Pokemon cards...
-
We had touch football banned because this fatass everyone hated would always tackle people.
-
Yu gi Oh trading cards. Also football sticker thingies.

We were no longer allowed to have metal forks.
