New Halo 4 Weapon!
Ok. This gun is called the ARC-920, or the Railgun. Apparently, it's supposed to be sort of like a "rocket launcher, except more precise....however, the recharge rate is sluggish." Also, if you look at the picture, you can see the Mongoose is back. Yes!
