It could be an option. Although it wouldn't hurt to have an option for users to turn it off in the mains either.

The [url=http://www.bungie.net/help/content_viewer.aspx?link=terms]Terms of Use[/url] can be found at the bottom of the bungie.net website. In this case it would fall under the "You will not: Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, [u]profane[/u], defamatory, obscene, indecent topic(s)" This is why private groups can't be exempt from the profanity filter.
