One Of Seven ~ Speculation

http://www.bungie.net/oneofseven
Bungie is having a One of Seven promotion. Each of the seven tickets entitles you to something extraordinary. On July 7th, 2012 and not a moment before, visit http://www.bungie.net/oneofseven to receive further instructions. Your ticket and the verification code contained therein are personal, one-of-a-kind, and not transferable. Do not reveal the hidden code beneath the scratch off before Bungie Day 2012. Do not share your ticket or code with anyone else. Failure to follow these instructions will render your ticket, and the promise that it holds, null and void.
Honestly, I am very excited for this. I think it's time we start speculating as to what exactly One of Seven is. It seems there are 7 extremely lucky participants that are "entitled to something extraordinary". Could it be a tour of Bungie? Maybe a testing session for Destiny? I tremble to think of what epic prizes Bungie could come up with. July 7th is only 48 days away as of now, so we'll know fairly soon :) So what do you guys think it's about? -hoobla-

 • I'm pretty sure somewhere in all the fancy writing it talked about not talking about the competition if you're an Entrant. I could be wrong though.

 • Yeah, I started a thread on this a little while back. Here's the link in case you want to see it. I was so excited to find out about a big contest from BUNGIE. Then I found out it looked like their would be only 7 winners. Sad bungie.net member is sad. Oh well, I guess I can always hope.

I'm probably one of many (scratch that, I AM one of many) who would love to win, but this would just make me the happiest person in the world if I won. *Thinks about how many people could win* Ughhhhhh.

Then Bungie could contact you and arrange for you to go to Bellevue and either get a tour or playtest Destiny. This is all hypothetical of course.

 • Well, if they reveal the new game at E3, we'll know for sure what they'll be doing.

Maybe the prizes are also reminiscent. Imagine it, free BUNGIE products for life. And one person gets it all. I think I just nerded out.

Perhaps it will be something as simple and mundane as early access to a teaser trailer or information about the game that they can then pass on to the rest of Bungie.net, or they are given the first clue to a massive ARG.

But there still is a possibility that Bungie would fly in the contestants after Bungie day, and Bungie day would only serve as a confirmation date for the 7 entrants.

 •
ALL COSTS NOT SPECIFICALLY ENUMERATED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES (INCLUDING TAXES) ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
this seems to indicate that the winners will be travelling somewhere ( to the studio most likely ) [Edited on 05.20.2012 10:09 PM PDT]

 • What would happen if you hypothetically speaking had the ticket one of seven and thrown away by mistake to the garbage and be forever lost? [Edited on 05.20.2012 10:14 PM PDT]

 •
Posted by: MasterSin What would happen if you hypothetically speaking had the ticket one of seven and thrown away by mistake to the garbage and be forever lost?
That would suck. A lot. And unless you could find it, there'd be no proof that you ever had it. Unless maybe you had a picture/video of you holding it or something.

Alternatively, they could use 7/7 as a confirmation date/reveal date and then transport the winners to Bungie at a later time (if that's what they are even doing).
