I don't like it on the Xbox. Not to bash or anything, but it wasn't exactly meant for the Xbox. The game play is alto harder, too. Over all rating, I'd probably give it a 3.8 or something along those lines. The graphics are nice, how ever.

My laptop runs it perfectly and it has a dual core 1.3ghz and 2 ram. And i've been able to run portal 2 and fallout 3.

I only got the trial. It's essentially the same as the PC version only Xbox is in beta 1.6 and there seems to be less FPS.

Damn nerds.[/quote] On the PC you can download user created Adventure maps to play on that have their own set of guidelines and story if you find just building to be boring.

Why don't a lot of Minecraft/PC players realize that not everyone can fork out the money for a capable PC? I know it doesn't take that much to run Minecraft, but a lot of people prefer simplicity or simply don't have a credit card or the money for the PC version of Minecraft.

The only thing that makes xbox version better is you can have everything on including fog on far (I'm stuck on short all the time). Other than that its easier using a mouse to look around. Plus you have mods, texture packs, skins, and multiplayer not limited to your F/L. This is all my opinion though. Some people just like playing on the xbox better. Like I prefer Halo 2 xbox over PC

Are you oblivious to that?[/quote] no but waiting for it to catch up to the pc version will probably take a lot of time If you wanted to make the most out of minecraft it would be best to just get the pc version and if you do prefer the console version then just simply hook up a joystick to the computer.
