Since Bungie's new IP is most likely multi-platform would you like the idea to link both your gamertag and psn accounts to your profile?
(If this has been asked before I apologize.)
-
We'll eventually be able to. Bungie is smart like that.

I'm sure in the "New Hawtness" this feature will most likely get added.

Yes I was thinking this the other day.

new update

Wow wow wow....A playstation related login?.... I already see the massive ammounts of private data being stolen via hackers....... And ya know....it'll totally be unfair...so Sage will HAVE to nerf it.

Once bungie realeases their new game it is most likely that they will add that feature. [Edited on 05.04.2012 1:04 PM PDT]

Yeah, I would only assume so.

PS3? Blasphemy!
Posted by: CrazzySnipe55 But what if it gets abused?
What if it starts Xbox vs PS3 threads. I just can't have my feelings hurt again. :'( OT:Yeah, I'd like that, honestly. I love the fact that I can keep track of my Xbox LIVE friends on this site. Why not the same for PS3? [Edited on 05.04.2012 8:13 AM PDT]

Yeah, I would like that.

I highly doubt it will be Playstation exclusive and if they do end up keeping Gamertags linked I think they would let people link their PSN.
-
Doubt it will be ps3 exclusive highly.
Posted by: Nephilim713 I can see it working. What if Bungie's game is ps3 exclusive though? Gamertags will be rid of?
I would consider it a good improvement to be able to have a Bungie specific sign in that doesn't depend on Microsoft's systems, but just links your other accounts to your profile. The downside to this is that, in my experience, connecting to any site linked through the PSN is tediously slow.

Sure, man! That sounds neat. :)

Because it'd be such a horrible thing to be able to track your PSN version of the game along side your LIVE version? I have both an Xbox LIVE Gamertag as well as a PSN ID, why would it be so very abusive for me to be able to look at both of them? If I were to buy a copy of their new game for both systems, why shouldn't I be able to see my stats for both of them? If the question is multiple B.net accounts, why do you need an account for each separate one? There's other sites that have one log-in per online profile, but that one profile has access to the stats for both Xbox LIVE as well as PSN and you can check the stats for both online ID systems from one profile. So how would it be so abusive?

I figured it would be an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to have that implemented into the future site... [Edited on 05.04.2012 1:56 AM PDT]
