So this is a mod for Sins of a Solar Empire, one of, if not the best Space RTS to date.

Factions
Take control of diverse factions in response to a rather hostile galaxy.
The first two factions to be completed will likely be the Covenant and United Nations Space Command (UNSC), but both the Flood and the Forerunner Remnant are currently in the conceptual stages as well.
Combat
Combat is now always decisive. At the start of a conflict, it becomes fairly obvious if you have momentum in the battle. You won't see a drawn out battle with ships soaking up damage like sponges. In response to the increased mortality rate for ships, the population cap has been raised dramatically. Expect to see massive battles.

I bought FOC like a month ago. Buuuut Sins has much more realistic seeming combat, idk how halo would work in the starwars role. Buuuut... Empire at war and SoSE are two of my all time favorite games so...

Ok, whoever reported me, you should understand that I did not break any rules. Any false reports can get you banned, FYI. Anyway, it's not near completion as you implied, Mako. They still have to texture UNSC then Covenant then Forerunners/Flood. Then create research tree for each faction. It's still lot of work to do. However, it looks fantastic mod to play.
