i recently installed a new laser optic in my xbox console. all was fine and dandy. i installed it friday, played friday and saturday, then, sunday morning, whenever i try to go onto a part of any game besides the menu, it freezes at the menu or kicks me off to the dashboard.

Guys, we need to be serious here. OP, if you really need help, follow these 4 simple steps. 1. Fully unplug your Xbox. 2. Seeing as this is an issue which the great majority of xbox users do not have to experience we suggest you either go to the experts found on xbox.com or try and get help on a bigger site with more activity.
