Posted by: Kneecap Avatar.
James Cameron's Avatar? If so then it would appear that you think that just because the humans don't win then the "bad guys" won.

Watchmen

The Town. Affleck's character is actually the bad guy if you think about it.

If you count addiction/drugs as a "bad guy" then Requiem for a Dream. Also the Big Nothing.

Phone Booth.

I wonder how TDKR Will end.
Yeah, I can't wait. If I had to guess, I'd say Bruce Wayne will probably end up dead, but Batman will live on through someone else. (Maybe the mysterious Joseph Gordon-Levitt character?) They spend so much time in these films building up the importance of the legend of Batman, rather than Batman himself, that this seems to be the most likely resolution to me.
i agree

Let's just wait and see what Bane has to offer ... If I can understand him that is.
Posted by: Kai Hiwatari Yeah he was a much better villain than Joker Imo. Everything he said seemed to mysterious and badass. Ra's does have a part in the film though and there's an actor playing a younger version of him
I don't know that he was a better villain per se. They were both really good, but they were so different from each other. Ra's was an idealogue, but the Joker was just completely insane. Both of them are scary for different reasons. Idealogues will stop at nothing to achieve their goals and always justify their actions with the defense that the ends justify the means. Crazy people can't be reasoned with and "just want to watch the world burn" as Alfred put it.

And I like Gordon-Levitt so I wouldn't be too pissed about Bruce dying
I think Neeson's role will be fairly minimal since his character is dead. He's a great actor, though. It will be nice to see him again in this movie.
