1. Name Your Country
2. How big your military is (Under 10,000,001)
3. Claim your territory (Tell me what current countries or regions you want, up to 3. Russia is all three)
4. Declare war on each other and see how finally wins! If there is no space left, claim a rebellion and take a quarter of an existing empire! Start a rebellion in a county owned by an empire and take that!
How to attack:
Just say you attack and I'll decide. You can explain what troops you have and what defenses you have. Do not make battles quick, explain them in detail. My country cannot be conquered. If you kick a lot of ass, I'll let you have 20,000,000 soldiers as well.

Serbia has nuclear weaponry (1 nuclear bomb) but doesn't use them. Serbia has control over West-Portugal, South-east and central Germany, Bosnia, Bulgaria and China. Military: 3.450.000 2.650.000 soldiers, 300.000 special forces, 300.000 engineers, 200.000 vehicle drivers (aircraft, tanks, battleships, underwater ships)
