When you get a Perfection.
What do you do Once you get that 15 Kills or more? Well I just got one Which I VERY RARELY DO in BTB From the loltank So I get 17 kills and just help my team out behind my base. There is always that one kid that try's to ruin it for you? Why must you shoot throw grenades at someone that is about to get a perfection . I still got the perfection but some people on reach are just ignorant.

It really depends on how the game is going. If we clearly are going to win I will usually just lay off a little but not camp. If the game is fairly close I will fight just the same as I was before. I would rather win the game and not get the perfection than lose and get one. If I am playing as a random and I have a perfection going I will usually just back off quite a bit unless we are about to lose. Like it has been stated before I would rather get a rampage/invincible etc. and die once or twice. Those seem to be less common for me than perfections so I would rather get a really long kill streak and possibly die trying.

When I get 15 kills what usually happens is my hear rate goes up, I hate it and can't prevent it but it happens. I do normally step back from action, not camp but just step back. If I really want it I'll hide otherwise I'll still take risks. I have a good number of Perfections so its nothing special, unless its in something that I don't get it in normally. I have a few cool ones. Elite Slayer Multi-team Snipers a few Swat ones (HOW DID I NOT DIE?!) With my play style I never get them. Or maybe its my lack of skill. Either way, I just ignore medals for the most part.

When I get a perfection, I go on as if nothing happened. Then I wait for the friend requests to pile in.

yeah some annoying hater kid saw that i never died i had 18 kills and there was 19 seconds left so he deicides he wants to be a huge friggin jerk and betray me so i dont get the perfection! i was sooooo po'ed

Only time I ever get perfections is when the other team is so bad, my control of top is uncontested. But on topic, if I get to 15 kills without dying, I keep going until I get killed or the game ends.

Most of my perfections are in Rumble pit so I have to keep killing.
