Including Precursors? /thread
-
If including forerunners and precursors, easily Halo.
-
Goddamn it really? Halo, because of the Covenant, Forerunners, Chief, and Halos. [Edited on 03.25.2012 2:42 PM PDT]

.....This has been done so many times. Halo Universe wins by far. The forerunners alone could take the Protheans, Reapers, and all the current species.
-
ME barely.
-
So if it includes the Forerunners and Precursors, does it also include all the past civilizations that the Reapers had destroyed?
-
Halo, just because the rings kill everything. Plus, the flood.
-
Mass Effect has the Crucible, Halo has the Halo rings. Inevitably, both of these would end up being fired and everything, organic or synthetic, would die. Unless some of the creatures on the Halo side were able to get into Onyx, in which case I'm not quite sure how that would work out.

Vs threads, Vs threads everywhere!

Plus the forerunners would be able to hide in them. Plus ark.

The Forerunners have LIGHT based weaponry, not plasma, not bullets mass accelerated, LIGHT. They can disintegrate you with a pistol the size of a dog leash.
-
A single Forerunner Fortress could take on the entire Mass Effect universe.
-
Okay... Halo has the forerunners... Mass effect has over 500 Cycles, in which each consist of 9-10 species. [Edited on 03.25.2012 2:49 PM PDT]

Precursors /end thread
-
The Mass Effect universe would get roflstomped
-
Crucible and Halo Rings are similar... except that the Halo rings need a human or forerunner to fire them. If Crucible gets the first shot, humans and forerunners have their DNA rewritten preventing the Halo Rings from being fired off. If the Halo Rings fire first... everything organic dies, and then the Reapers, being the pinnacle of machine intelligence, assume control over all the other machines. In both scenarios, machines rule the galaxy.

They're a race with near-godlike powers, able to create and manipulate life and collapse entire suns as well as creating 'immortal' technology. These -blam!-s alone would win.

I could really just say "indestructable" and be done with it. [Edited on 03.25.2012 2:58 PM PDT]

@ Precursors - Didn't one of the books says that the Forerunners may have wiped them out? If that is true, and considering that the forerunner don't even know how to create a super weapon intelligently (yeah, destroy yourselves instead of destroying the Flood... makes total sense), that doesn't say much for the precursors.
