Just had a game of conquest in Operation Firestorm. I was only screwing around near the US spawn with the M98B and I saw an enemy on the hill near the Russian spawn. It took about 9 shots, but I got the headshot.
Final distance was 931m, effectively double my previous record (Usually I can never find people that far away)
What's your furthest headshot distance in BF3?
-
BF 4; rush. Sniper battle, guy gave up after sniping my friend. I took my friends rifle (The last one unlocked, mine was out of ammo for shooting the other defenders for a while) and took a shot as he ran through a shipping container. The shot was in the head, 1340M I think it was, and wounded another runner's nuts.
-
I think 758 in BF4
-
Bf4: 745m Headshot I can kill at longer range it's just finding people that far away is my problem.
-
It was in bf4 and I got a collateral headshot on two people in a boat about 800-1000 meters away. I instantly took first place on the leaderboard and it kept for the rest of the game lol.
-
Yeah? Well my farthest headshot is 932m.
-
Oh yeah, well I've spawned over 9000 orbs in the Crucible. Nah Nah Never got into the BF games, When I hear people talking about it I feel like I missed out.
-
1,126m on Gulf of Oman
-
So wait... Did they fix below radar yet?
-
Hit this all day when I Trickshot

Edited by BurningGoats: 12/21/2014 7:01:21 AMI used to play BF4 on the PS4 but I forgot what my longest shot was. I'm pretty sure it was a really long shot I'm not sure if it was a headshot or not but I do get a lot of them. If it's possible to check my PSN account is RubberDuck_357

Same expect it was just a pot shot. Took a sip of my Mountain Dew after.

Not boating, but I've 830 or so from ground kills. You don't need any fancy unlocks, just Air Radar, Flares and Guided missile. Guidededs just help, you don't need em. And you can't compare a plane from 1943 that can go 100 miles and hour without stalling and is perfect for ground kills to a 900mph behemoth.
The controls from 1943 to BF3 are the same, though. They're just faster. If you were a good pilot in 1943, with a bit of practice you can be a good pilot in BF3.
The controls aren't the same. In my scheme, the button to shoot is the left trigger... I was a good pilot in BF3. And it took 400 kills before I could be able to kill infantry in the BF3 Jet.
Sticks are the same though, but the triggers and throttle are different. Still, turning mechanics and flight physics are pretty much unchanged from 1943. The accelerate-decelerate method still does amazing things during a dogfight.
Posted by: deltahalo UK Nice. I got my 811 on Op Firestorm too. Wake Island would be great if people would snipe (i.e stay still) because from the carrier, everything is over 1k
That's where my longest headshot was made, and the guy was moving. My problem is I'm playing on an old 20" Vizio 720p hdtv, seeing people at. Over 1300 meters is hard :'( . Also, as far as i could tell the longest shot possible is around 1350-1400 meters at my best guess on Wake Island. How folks are getting 2,000+ m headshots is beyond me.

At what point do you think Disguised Table will stop bragging about that one game a few weeks ago? Or even better, at what point will he stop offering tips without anybody asking. [Edited on 01.02.2012 8:20 AM PST]

Pics, video, word document and stop-motion demonstration or didn't happen.

Only 546 metres, but I'm not really a sniper anyway. Besides, long distance sniping with the SV98 is friggin impossible

Try doing that in real life, Sonny Jim.

Are you mad?
Amtracs take no skill compared to the Jet.
I disagree, AMTRAC's are too slow and their guns are too weak to make up for anything. Plus because it's soo long and slow it's very venerable and because there's like a million seats and it's annoying when you switch from gunner to driver in a firefight. Jets are just all about movability and aiming, which are difficult to master but however let's look at it this way, when you piss off another team in a Jet you can easily fly out of their site and attack again and again and take out all of their vehicles, while AMTRACs become these slow huge targets. I give you props for lasting 30 - 0 because I imagine after a while that team got pissed off at you and focused a lot on shooting you down, but however I find someone who lasted 59 - 0 in a AMTRAC more impressive because he probably manage to survive A LOT of RPG, tank, and air ambushes.
That is true. But with a lot of repair men, 59-0 is nothing. Which I'm sure is what he got. You can't repair the jet, unless you land it to repair a fire. Thing is, anyone can get in an AMTRAC and get 10+ kills if they wanted to, but not everyone can get in the Jet and get even 2+ kills....
