i had one energy drink well i die
I'm scared of energy drinkings. but they taste good. is it really bad for you even if u have like one every three months?

This guy at my work drinks 3+ every single day (the big Monster drinks) and he's still alive so I wouldn't be too concerned. But he is really weird, and idk if the drinks are any explanation.
