random mass lag in co-op campaign
My friend and I have been experiencing random lag's in campaign that normally last between 10 minutes and end of the mission. we both have very good connections.

DL rate 5600 kbps
UL rate 1100 kbps
his
DL rate 4600 kbps
UL rate 800 kbps
what is the reason we are lagging? it never happens in reach. how do we fix it?
