Novels about Noble Team

A lot of people think that Reach didn't have enough character development. I don't necessarily agree, but wouldn't it be awesome if there were novels about Noble Team before Reach? It could start with how they assembled, and lead all the way up to Thom's death in the Covenant ship. These are just a couple plot ideas, I'm sure it'd be awesome no matter what the details were.

 •
Posted by: DecepticonCobra
Posted by: ninjakenzen Are you saying that out of all the magnificent stories and characters we can explore in the Halo Universe, you would choose Noble Team, the most out of character group created by a band of people who clearly have not read through any of the source material on Halo? Great choice fellas, great freakin choice.
So we can't have these magnificent stories AND Noble Team? You act like choosing one will forever strip the other's chance of being written about. Lot's of people talk about how Reach or Noble Team had potential, well here is an opportunity to use that potential and instead of doing so, they say no.
As I said earlier, most of the characters we love have these personalities because they have been the focus of several books and/or games. Look at Keyes for example: if we knew of him solely from Halo CE would we have liked him so much? Probably not. But, when we add in TFoR we see how big of an effect he had on the Spartans and finding the Halo ring. Without TFoR, Keyes' character would not have been nearly as developed or as interesting.
