Reach is here, folks, so if you're like me and Legendary might not have seemed quite hard enough, you may be looking for a more challenging experience. So, after you've maxed out your campaign fun, are you ready to up your game to the next level?
With both the [url=http://halo.bungie.org/gameplay/halo3_slaso_2.0/]Halo 3 Mythic Guide[/url] and [url=http://halo.bungie.org/gameplay/odst_slaso/]the Halo 3: ODST Mythic Guide[/url] now complete, it's now time to begin work on Reach. I will be posting my progress daily as to what the status is on my Mythic progress through the game right up until it's complete. Our current goal is to have the walkthrough released by the end of the year.
But having playing Firefight first hand at PAX in Seattle this past year, I can tell you that Mythic in Reach will be unlike anything you've ever experienced before. Not only has Bungie thrown Elites into the mix, but the AI is now smarter than ever and won't take being conquered laying down anymore.
As before, this will serve as a progress/help threat up until the walkthrough makes it to the masses, at which point this will thread will be here strictly for aiding others in their own quest for Mythic. Godspeed to all of you who embark on his/her own journey!

The biggest killer is the Iron - no deaths. That'll probably take you quite a few tries to overcome.

We still do mistakes :P Good luck =)[/quote] i've been watching alot of RC's stuff and some of Tyrants guide, so i've got a lot of inpiration from them. you can see it in my run on ToTS that its just a copy of RC's run, but im quite satisfied anyway. 4-5 months ago i had not even tried legendary more than a couple times so i think my progress is ok

hi every one. i've been following this thred for a short while now (newer made a post before thoug). was thinking mythic would be to hard for me to do, but after doing some legendary speed runs (not RC class runs) on some of the levels, (have Winter, ToTS and NA in my fileshare) and some of the laso challenges, i'm thinking its about time for some mythic missions. was thinking about starting with winter, but since ONI laso is this weeks challenge i'll start there. some good advices would be apreciated.

Thanks for the tips, guys. You know what sucks is that that the mission was very poorly designed from the landing pad on. It's a shame too. The battle itself is fine, but because they decided to fill the sky with ships and have the MAC gun blasting them, the trash despawn system is horrendous which means you could easily be left ill-equipped to deal with the Chieftains. And don't even get me started with the final sequence. It could be just me, but in all honesty, I think we could have done without the light show and had a better fight as a trade off. Anyone else agree?
