With the release of Aleph One 1.0 on December 1st, 2011, the hitherto-confusing installation process has been streamlined dramatically. The story will be confusing because you are starting in the middle, but it is still an option. Personally, I like the Aleph One version better. Aleph One is 100% free, you get the whole trilogy, and it runs on PC, Mac, and even Linux.

It's so nice to have a collection of all this Marathon stuff in one spot. There was this incredible HUD mod I found someplace, had these cool weapon switch animations and the HUD was like a cracked screen. Does anybody have a link to it? [Edited on 09.02.2011 8:02 PM PDT]
