• I'm on ISDN at work -- which is supposed to be 110K roughly -- but it take a serious performance hit once you actually do anything, like open Internet Explorer -- so it drops to 60K-65K. Might as well be on straight dialup. At home I'm supposed to have a 6 Meg cable connection, but I'm only getting 3.2 at the moment. - They're going to fix it Sunday I hope.

 • Short Version: Yes. Longer Version: I would normaly have a 512k DSL. But there's a little person called "The Internet God". He hates me. Due to the uncontrollable forces of the universe, even though I did manage to get broadband, I am cursed with what some people know as a "Plan". If I download more then 2gig in less then a month, instead of just charging for every other meg I download, they put me on a 56k for the rest of said month. Which, is almost as painful as just being on a 56k. Sure, I thought I couldn't download more then 2gig. I. Was. Wrong. So, for the last four months that I've had broadband, I have gone over it. Including this one. This month lastes longer then my first, when I was so download-happy I got every RvB episode I could find, an RPG known as Redemption and variose(sp?) other items. A week later, I was on dialup once more. But I did, however, make a very semi-important fact. XboxLive works (Bearly) on a 56k. As long as you don't mind not shooting. Or playing any games other besides with your guests. Believe me, 16 players with rockets on Warlock isn't so fun. But I guess it's better then a full-on 56k that I was granted for the past 4 years. >> Kritz

 • I have it to and surprisingly its pretty fast, except for downloads, but thats ok. And I really hate it when it disconnects you and yea that makes me mad -'Yellow rose of Tex clad in black, Lonely star tattooed upon her back, Double Tex, she'll hit you like a truck, Double Tex and she'll mess you up.'
