Bring back ðcherryð
This is a request to the mods. Recently, ðcherryð was permanently banned from bungie.net.
He/She was banned because he or she made a group that was against Blackeye319. First of all, I thought you said that you guys have no control over the groups. Second....there are religous and political groups out there, I don't see them being closed (some of them shouldn't).
This isn't a petition for people to sign, it's a request for the Mods to bring back an unfair ban.

These threads do nothing positive for the member (or former member) that they are "trying" to help. If a member was disciplined by a moderator, they need to take it up with the moderator personally. If they do not get a satisfactory result, but feel that they still have a justified issue, they then take it to the senior moderators (Stosh and/or Shishka). If at that level, there is still not a satisfactory result and they still feel that they have a case, they can take their problem to Achronos and/or SketchFactor. Each step up is (intentionally) more difficult in order to make sure the process is not abused. Bungie trusts the moderator team to impartially and fairly interpret and enforce the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use. If a member has violated those agreements, they are not likely to find satisfaction at any level. Those steps are ONLY for the banned member to take. Fan clubs, friends, support groups, political action committees have no say in the matter and run the risk of joining their friend. Every member is responsible for their actions on this site. Each individual is held accountable for what appears to the right of their name in the forums and what they do in the 7th Column. If any member is unaware of that or feels that it is unfair, allow me to personally inform them here and now that it is the way it is and it is NOT likely to change. Bungie makes the rules, Bungie says play nice, you have no rights. If people are unwilling to live with those facts, the entire remainder of the world wide InterWeb awaits their participation. This thread is locked and tell your friends. The next "bring back cherry" thread that I see, I swing the lesson bat (I'm sure that Shishka will loan it out) and I swing it hard and freely. I hope that too, is abundantly clear.

ðcherryð and blackeye talked over 2 hours and sorted things out!!! blackeye asked shishka to unblacklist ðcherryð, but shishka replied "a permaban is a permaban" then ðcherryð asked for a real reply but he never got an answer!
