Here at [color=black]LC[/color] we have everything, from an army to a diplomatic department, training and even our own police force. We are dedicated to our members and have good staff. We are always active. If you don't want to join please just check us out.

now are you guys a chapter or a clan chapter note you speak like your runing a clan notions of clan wars? yet you speek like its a fanclub chapter so is this a clan or jsut a grop that play halo?

It's both. It's none. It's all three. It's obviously a fan chapter cause that's what 7th column is for. But there are members with different levels of commitment that don't exclude somebody just because they're Halo obsessed or they just want to comment. It's set up to be a clan with [url=http://seventhcolumn.bungie.net/perlbin/blam.pl?file=/fanclub/10055]Underground Apocalypse[/url] forming the other half. They make Silent Chaos. I like it cause so far nobody has been stabbed for insolence. Psyched rules with an iron fist and any back talking results in unmentionable torment. It's fun!

Are there any special requirments for this chapter?

Not really. As long as you're active once in a while I'm happy. Those who are very good at things like Halo, tactics and so on get put in special fields.

Just an update. New leaders were just appointed and they're very active members. Everything for the past few days has been running smoothly and if you haven't seen LC, check it out. Plus a new theory database has been added with entries straight from a LONG thread in the forum.
