New Halo Music Download!
A brand spankin' new piece of Marty-Music. This one is haunting, dreamy and ethereal. the freakin cd is awesome- especially since i have my computer play it to wake me up in the morning- it's weird to hear halo music while you're still half asleep, you kinda think you're still dreaming or if somebody drugged you

I think bungie should get together with the seattle orchestra and have a halo concert. Having halo music on cd is awesome but hearing it live would be exhilarating.

The final track on the CD is called Halo and it is the original piece of music from the Macworld '99 demo, however once the main tune has finished it goes silent then a piano tune kicks in. It's a great bit of music but I was wondering where it was from in the game, or is it also part of the Macworld demo??

How about instead of downloading the music you go and buy it from the Bungie Shop!!?? It's a great CD - well worth the money + you get the bonus DVD.

I have that piece of music as an MP3, infact I am listening to it now :D I just ripped it from the Bonus DVD you get with the Soundtrack. As it is on there along with the Teaser Trailer music. Obviously I won't host it anywhere as it is Bungies IP, not mine, so if you want it you will have to get the soundtrack and do it yourself.

Seriously - Halo music is one of the best music I've ever heard! It's so wonderful and so special! Not like the other music on other games or music at all! I give the music of Halo more than 10 of 10. I really love it! No wonder it got awards! Keep up the good work Marty!

ah i would gladly have marty's children, i can see it now, lil itty bitty musical genious' running about making people commit suicide and cry with their haunting music using only a rattle and suttle moaning sounds. ah i cant get over how good he is, fairplay i love you marty. and if any body has the guitar tab for the little guitar bridge that comes in on the assault on the control room level in the underground that would be real sweet. cheers fellows oh and marty, who loves ya baby? i do!

ok so i find this thread after i made a post in the other forum..... so ill copy it here too is it me or can i hear the distinct sound of the Windows XP Balloon sound (Windows Notification) somewhere between 0:32 and 0:33 seconds, its audible on the left channel but not right..... im not sure if it is just me but theres something defintely there !!

one word: awesome....halo's music is some of the best video game music ever created...there are only a few tunes in the gamerworld that you can hum and people will automatically know what game you're singing the theme of...besides, who can beat singing monks?
