No, -blam!- way buddy. For a free MMORPG it's freaking GREAT. Why do you feel such an unfulfilled hatred for the game that you post it at another company's off topic board? Personally, I have been playing for a while now, and I don't care if anyone thinks I'm a geek for it, I'm level 64 mining and 51 smithing, and at level 56 combat. [Edited on 3/18/2005 7:54:41 PM]

Combat? What combat? The combat in runescape consists of two people lining up and exchanging identical looking attacks at each other until one dies. EXCITING! oh, and Findtheredqueentrinitydoesntexistmanhesaghostjabberwockythenwhoamiwhothehellamiallyourbasearebelongtousmoveziforgreatjusticemuffin.

Yeah, that is very VERY boring to watch, and even do in some instances, but most other MMORPG's that I have played aren't much better in the combat sense (that's because I am poor and can't afford 15 dollars a month for a game I play one day a week (more if I have free time)). Either way, I find the game fun, you don't, I understand that. [Off Topic] You have to give them credit where it is due, they have done a HELL of a lot with a Java game.

I HATE RUNESCAPE!!!! AHHHH! its proboly cause i suk though. 3 of my friends were like "dude its awsome u should play it" and im like "if its like Battleon i dont CARE!!" they insisted it was cool. but 2 of my friends said that it is -blam!-. i should of listened. first day- ok pretty cool like the money part. secound day- i died. WHAT?? i lost everything when i died??? THATS STUPID!!!! third day (i made a new account)- ok i know what to and not to attack so i dont die. go an hour sayin "ok i have everything i wont die this is pretty fun" BAM!!! I DIE!!! GRRRRRR!!!!!! in a short summary RUNSCAPE SUKS!!!! (thats my oppinion, some people think its fun. but im not patient, or find it fun to lose stuff that i earn) [Edited on 3/18/2005 8:13:47 PM]

To ChumpZilla: Well there ARE banks to hold stuff, and you should have kept the three items of the most value in your inventory, unless of course you attacked another player. I can see that you said you aren't patient, and thats a HUGE part of playing the game. I understand why many people dislike it. P.S. Note that "RUNESCAPE SUKS!!!!" is not an opinion, it is a statement based on the quality of the game. The game doesn't suck, its just not your type of game, just as I don't say "HORSE RACING GAMES FROM JAPAN SUCK!!!!1" because they're not MY type of game. To Halo To Da Chief: I agree with that, but it'd be hard to do with the kind of "market" situations they have. Hundreds of people packed into a 30x20 square.
