Good god this thread is chuck full of brown nosing. Cant anyone say anything but "OMG THANKS BUNGIE!" or "DAT PIC IS SWEET, HAPPY HOLIDAYS!"? The update still sucked by the way.

It is now playable, and, barring a few tweaks, is almost finalised. The team also played it this week. If that isn't an update on the progress of Halo 3:ODST, then I don't know what is. If you actually read through the update, and didn't just see one picture and some writing and think "One stinking picture and some text. That's nothing for us to advance on", then you may as well not bother reading it at all. If Bungie released every possible detail about the maps, you would still ask "how far between the BR and the Mauler?" or "Will this door open and close for me as I approach it?". The point of a surprise is to not let anybody find out about it. Just wait your time, a couple more pictures will be released, and then play the first three Mythic maps when Halo Wars comes out, and then the rest of the maps when the map pack is released. Until then, give the guys some rest.

its not it is the mythic map orbital. If you click on the pic to enlarge it says orbital... Oh and also note to everyone on the tv screens if you zoom in a lil doesnt that look just like the planet in the legendary ending?!!!

Orbital looks like Pillar of Autumn. I hope there's more open space and it doesn't end up playing like Elongation all the time.
