Heard from High Impact Halo
They are not removing the sword cancel.
They are however removing this trick;

When you are inside the side seat of a warthog, have somebody come up to the side so the swordmans rectile is red, then press the trigger so you "lunge" then have the person outside the hog go to the other side of the map. Once that is done have the side seat person get out and they will fly.
That is what they are removing!

I know that the trick works now, but HIH doesn't really know anything more than we do, concerning what Bungie will or will not remove.
