READ THE UPDATES!!!!! They will still be overall 5star Generals (that you will be able to see on their SERVICE RECORD!!), its just that you now get a seperate rank for each playlist AS WELL that will start from zero! Do more research next time!

Not remaking blood gulch. I'm highly disappointed. Not remaking BG is like when you took the AR out of Halo 2. It was dumb. Remake Blood Gulch. I can guarantee that there will be more than enough people happy to see the original return. Screw MLG, listen to your true fans.

Bungie, I'm a fan since Marathon and I'm not going to lie to you guys: I have already since moved on from your excellent yet uninspired multiplayer experience to the more balanced, team oriented and funny Team Fortress 2. The community and constantly free updates including new maps, weapons, and 30+ new achievements per class round out this evil genius inspired package. http://www.teamfortress.com/ Can't wait for your guys' new IP though--you really could use a break from all this Halo business. ;-) Though you do spend too much time on mutiplayer play, I will still continue to come back to Bungie to look for those great campaign experiences. I went to the PAX on saturday and waited forever in line only to find out that there were too many people already. It was .. pretty dissapointing. But I atleast played assemble [assembly?] with some of the people in the croud and with Bungie! And I won too, so it wasn't too bad that I didn't get Recon. I walked away with more pride than before. In regards to the update, it is awesome

I just want to know how this will affect unlocking security armor with having to get 1000/1000 gamerscore. If I don't have all the original achievements will I still be able to get the armor or will I still have to get those ones?

i would cry.... I was so excited cause my record is messed up halfly cause people always quit on me and the other half cause i'm probably not good (second reason is not why the first reason happens...)

Its not that we want it easy its that we are tired off dealing with power ranking people. when I play doubles or slayer i don't want to face a major or commander with a high skill of 40 to 50, that's not cool. It kill the fun of halo for me. I can understand getting my bum handed to me by a major with my skill level. but a major with a general's skill level.... so in turn your wrong it isn't good... in fact its super crappy. And if you are one of said people.... go suck a donkey... if not... disregard that.

Awesome update. I can't wait to see this Title Update. Only problem I see is that Bungie is obviously trying to get people to buy the Legendary Map Pack. At first I figured it was because they were going to make it free after the Mythic pack comes out, but I have a feeling that after the break from Microsoft, they don't want Bungie to make map packs free anymore. I hope I'm wrong, and I still can't wait for the Title Update, but I can't get behind forcing users to pay for content. It's not the price, and the maps look awesome, but I won't buy stuff just to keep a game I already payed for working at peak efficiency. I don't doubt that Bungie is keeping all the gamers interests at heart, but I hope some of these new playlists make up for the loss of some of the good ones (Team Doubles and BIg Team) that are now in the DLC playlists. Sorry if I sound like a Bungie hater for going off on all these things. I still love Bungie, and I can't wait to hear what they're working on next.

everybody, (about the question "why am i losing my rank stupid bungie?!?!?!") each playlist will still have a ranking. so if u were a 30 in lone wolves, go to that playlist and u will still have that rank. but the officer and leuitenant rankikng system will also go to whatever skill u are in that playlist. for example, you have accumulated lets say, 100 exp in team slayer. but ur total exp is like 600. in team slayer, (depending on ur skill level in it) it will only show u as a sergeant in team slayer. or something like that. (i havent looked at the requirements for each office ranking.) but if u went to lone wolves, which u are a 35 in, and u have like 450 accumulative exp, u are now switched to a commander. bungie will use when deciding ur official rank, the TOTAL exp in all playlists. so u wont have ur general or brigader taken away. is that right bungie?
