Good news flood, I have lost weight.

Over the past month I've only been drinking water. I've at least lost over 10 pounds since my last doctor visit last year. I have probably gained a bit then lost over 10 to get to my current weight. This makes me ecstatic knowing that I have the will power to get shit done. Just to give you an idea of how "big" I am, the picture linked is myself.   • Good for you, however it will be hard to have a normal diet and keep the weight, I'd suspect you'd gain some when you start eating normally again. I've been losing weight another way, by eating bare minimum to avoid headaches and such. This also means that I can't be physically active since I don't have any energy. Lost 14-16 pounds under 5 or so weeks but it's come to a halt if I don't manage to eat even less.
