Good news flood, I have lost weight.

Over the past month I've only been drinking water. I've at least lost over 10 pounds since my last doctor visit last year. I have probably gained a bit then lost over 10 to get to my current weight. This makes me ecstatic knowing that I have the will power to get shit done. Just to give you an idea of how "big" I am, the picture linked is myself. Another tip I can is to cute out sugar. That is probably why you lost the weight. Stop eating or drinking things that are high in sugar and you will see results. Also exercise is a must if you plan on losing weight. Cardio. I went from being a chubby kid to pretty slim now. The highest I ever got was 170 though, right now I'm at 140.

  • Nice one, mate. You're going to look so different when you lose it; it's incredible how fat can change someone's appearance. Keep at it and try doing some exercise on top of dieting.

  • Good for you, however it will be hard to have a normal diet and keep the weight, I'd suspect you'd gain some when you start eating normally again. I've been losing weight another way, by eating bare minimum to avoid headaches and such. This also means that I can't be physically active since I don't have any energy. Lost 14-16 pounds under 5 or so weeks but it's come to a halt if I don't manage to eat even less.

  • Good luck. Back in september I lost 13 pounds in about a week because I had jaw surgery and my jaw was wired shut. Obviously you won't be able to do that, but if you go on a soft chew/liquid diet for a bit, it might help with the weight loss. I basically ate vegetable soup, chicken noodle soup, rice crispies cereal, hot chocolate, rice, and yogurt, ice cream, etc. It kinda sucked eating the same stuff over and over but it made me lose weight, and I didn't even want to lose weight.

  • You haven't been eating at all, or have dropped all other beverages in favor of water? If you have stopped eating, that isn't a good thing. If you dropped soda and juices, good for you bro! I'll opt for the second, as it makes more sense. Keep it up, its worth it. I'm down near fifty from my weight seven months ago. It takes time, but its worth it.

    • Congratulations man. I, too, have gone down the same path you have last July, and dropped 50 lbs in total. It was a life-altering experience to be skinny again, I tell you. Now I am playing sports again for the first time in three years, Lacrosse and Rugby.

    • Congrats bro! But you shouldn't just drink water lol. I hope you're not starving yourself, cause what you REALLY want to do is to increase your metabolism by working out more and eating regularly. Do full body workouts like running, swimming, playing a sport. And do compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, pull ups, and bench pressing. But it all comes down to dicipline and consistancy. If you set your mind to a goal you'll reach your goal weight in no time!

    • I would give you a cookie but it would probably negate your weight loss.
