3rd grader forced to bathe by school employees.

So, the parents sue. The oddest comment in the article and the one that makes me raise an eyebrow?
"It's never go two, three days without a bath -- never," the mother said.
If it is never two days, why would she mention three?
"His body and his ears, they were really sore, real tender from being scrubbed," Amber Tilley said.
Tender from being scrubbed with a washcloth? Is the washcloth made of sandpaper or is the childs skin that delicate (or unaccustomed to being scrubbed)? I will admit that this is a strange one, but really doesn't smell right and I don't know if it is the child, the parents, or the school.

If a teacher did that to my children ,they wouldn't be teaching any more . They wouldn't be able to do anything any more , if you know what i mean .
How can the schools be expected to have your child for hours a day and never ever touch them? There has to be some reasonable amount of physical interaction otherwise you shouldn't be entrusting your child to them for over a dozen years.
If you think this it is ok then i think your a -blam!- Muppet. I thought forum Ninjas had common sense , i live and learn . There's a difference between helping a child learn gymnastics ,or pointing them in the right direction , or helping a young child blow there snotty nose . Infact there is a BIG bloody difference between the above and stripping , scrubbing and humiliating them .
I agree, I mean it's ok if the teacher has to pick up a child or something to separate them for violence or something, but that's where I draw the line.
