Tender from being scrubbed with a washcloth? Is the washcloth made of sandpaper or is the childs skin that delicate (or unaccustomed to being scrubbed)?
I will admit that this is a strange one, but really doesn't smell right and I don't know if it is the child, the parents, or the school.

Who cares. This is contriversial new not real news. This is new made to get people attention. Literaly no one but the family and school employees involved were effected by this. If the story has no meaning or effect to anyone watching then it is not news.
