Master Chief Vs SPARTAN IV?
So are Spartan V just as good as Spartan II's? Or is Master Chief a Spartan II would still kick there butts?

The S-IV's are just regular soldiers that went through rigorous training and suited up in armor that they can work with without augmentations. Not only has the S-II program done even more to make a better soldier, but MC has gone through many battles than the IV's, in addition to MC's luck. MC has this.
