What i have seen so far is binary coding, the number 19205362945, and Sangheili (Elite) hands on both sides of "earth", the Eastern Hemisphere is the only part show from the picture.
at the bottom it states "The battle for earth has begun We must fight for salvation"

I just looked up the film on IMDB.com and also the director. I also looked them both up on google.com. There is no other information on the "Movie" or its director. I dont think this is real.

Hate to say it, but no professional graphic designer (read real) made that poster - must be something cooked up by a photoshop ninja. As such, I doubt it is real.
