I've been playing online with a strict NAT for over 5 years now. I've finally decided to end my torment, but I'm not exactly the MILF hunter of motherboards, so to speak. I know next to nothing.
First things first, finding my IP, right? ipconfig/all, blah blah, default gateway into browser, no? No. Doesn't work. Renew IP, then, my router's FAQ suggests. K. ipconfig/release then ipconfig/renew. Windows IP Configuration - Error yadda yadda the system cannot find the file specified. Ergo, it doesn't work.
What am I doing wrong?
Posted by: TheGreenAlloy Define "output"
What the terminal spits out in response to your input. Put in this command
ipconfig /all > asdf.txt
This will print the results of 'ipconfig /all' to a text file named "asdf." Now open up the text file and paste the contents here.
